Who handles the data

“I’ll call you”

When you ask me to call you, I receive your phone number, your name (if you give it), the time you prefer and the page you sent the request from. I use this data only to call you back, at your request. I do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for that purpose.

Where it is kept

The request is received on a private personal server, where the record is deleted automatically after 14 days. The server also sends me a notice by email and to my calendar (Google).

“Book a call”

The calendar is provided by Cal.com, an external service. The data you enter there (name, email and, if you choose, phone) is handled by Cal.com under the Cal.com privacy policy, and reaches me so I can prepare the call.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It only stores your theme choice (light or dark) in your browser. The Cal.com calendar is only loaded if you open it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to andresousa.aiservices@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).
